Plain-language website terms

Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of IUL Marketplace educational content and the built-in appointment scheduler.

Effective September 2, 2026

Educational service—not a policy or recommendation

IUL Marketplace provides general educational information and a way to request a conversation with a licensed insurance professional. Website content is not an insurance contract, individualized recommendation, offer, guarantee, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice.

Appointment expectations

A scheduled 15-minute call is introductory. Booking does not submit an insurance application, bind coverage, complete underwriting, charge a premium, or place a policy in force. Approval, exam requirements, coverage amounts, rate class, product availability, and decision timing are determined by the issuing insurer and may vary by state and person.

IUL-specific limitations

Indexed universal life insurance involves policy charges, insurance costs, crediting terms, and lapse risk. Non-guaranteed values can differ from illustrations. Loans and withdrawals reduce policy values and benefits, accrue interest, and may cause lapse or tax consequences. Accelerated benefits require a qualifying event and generally reduce the remaining death benefit. Review the insurer’s current illustration, contract, rider, and disclosures before making a decision.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate booking information and use the scheduler only for legitimate appointment requests.
  • Do not submit another person’s information without authorization.
  • Do not interfere with the calendar, attempt automated bookings, or bypass security controls.
  • Keep your private appointment-management link and confirmation details secure.
  • Cancel promptly if you cannot attend so the time can be released.

Availability and third-party services

Appointment availability may change and a selected time is not final until the website displays a confirmation code. Calendar links and any later insurer, communications, or application systems may be operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy notices.

Service changes and limitations

We may update, suspend, or restrict the website to maintain security, correct errors, or comply with law. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
