Effective September 2, 2026
Information we collect
When you schedule, we collect the details you provide: your name, email, phone number, state, age range, primary IUL goal, optional coverage range, required monthly contribution range, optional question, selected appointment time, and time zone. We also retain appointment status, confirmation details, referral or campaign parameters, and limited security information, including a one-way identifier derived from network information, for abuse prevention and service protection.
Do not submit sensitive information here. The booking form does not ask for a Social Security number, full birth date, medical records, bank information, payment card, or government ID.
How we use information
- Schedule, confirm, prepare for, manage, and document your requested appointment.
- Allow a licensed insurance professional to contact you about the conversation you requested.
- Respond to questions and understand the IUL priority you selected.
- Prevent duplicate bookings, fraud, spam, and misuse of the service.
- Send occasional educational email only when you separately choose the optional email checkbox.
- Maintain records and comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
How information is shared
Appointment information may be shared with the licensed insurance professional or agency assigned to your request and with service providers that host, secure, or operate the website. It may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Appointment calls and email
Booking consent permits a licensed insurance professional to call the mobile number you provide at the appointment time and permits appointment-related email. Consent to receive occasional educational email is separate and optional. You can unsubscribe from educational email using the method provided in those messages. Booking consent is not treated as consent for unrelated marketing.
Retention and security
Retention depends on scheduling, service, security, dispute, and applicable legal or regulatory needs. Records may be deleted or deidentified when they are no longer needed for those purposes. We use access controls and technical safeguards designed to protect the data, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Appointment management links are private bearer links and should not be shared.
Your choices
Use the private management link saved with your confirmation to cancel an upcoming appointment. To request access, correction, or deletion of other booking information, contact IUL Marketplace through the same phone number or email used by the professional handling your appointment and include your confirmation code. Some records may be retained where legally required.
Children, changes, and scope
This service is intended for U.S. adults age 18 or older. This notice applies to IUL Marketplace website scheduling and may be updated when practices change. A revised effective date will appear above. An insurer, agency, or licensed professional may provide a separate privacy notice for an application or insurance transaction.
